禁懸空放置：放置于兒童不容易接觸到的地方，以免小朋友不小心掉落模型，不但是模型損壞更有可能會傷害到小朋友。

漆面打蠟：合金模型一般放置二到三個月后就需要使用蠟或碧麗珠擦洗表面防銹。但需要注意的是每次打蠟要薄、勻、少。蠟多了就容易嵌進(jìn)模型的縫隙里。
